Moduls Engineering carried out the reconstruction of 31 pre-school facilities in Riga, in order to boost the energy efficiency of their buildings, and ensure an optimal room climate for the children at these facilities.

As part of the project, the following underwent reconstruction in all of the pre-school facilities:

• heating systems,
• heating units,
• ventilation systems,
• automation systems.

The integrated approach in rebuilding the utility systems and improving the automation systems will make it possible to maintain an appropriate room climate, taking the weather and the intensity of use of the premises into account.
