Within the project of the creation of training centres of new teaching content in the fields of natural sciences and technologies, Moduls Engineering will perform the following works in the educational institutions of Riga:

• • dismantling of the existing doors, partition walls, floorings, suspended ceilings and other construction elements
  • installation of wooden doors on the classroom premises and installation of aluminium doors on the corridor premises, arrangement of new ceiling constructions with acoustic ceiling plates. Preparation of floors and laying of linoleum accordingly
  • assembly works of reinforced phosphogypsum partition wall at the places where the installation of an interactive whiteboard is provided for and at the necessary places, construction of new plaster board walls
  • dismantling of the existing wiring, installation of electricity distribution and energy-efficient LED type lighting fixtures. On all premises — installation of suitable lighting according to the performed calculations, based on the relevant standards
  • dismantling works of the existing cold and hot water pipelines, plumbing equipment, existing household sewerage pipelines
  • dismantling of the existing ventilation system, connection of air collectors above the workplaces to the constructed ventilation exhaust system
  • dismantling and installation of air pipes and textile run-outs. Construction of decentralised ventilation systems in the classrooms
  • installation of MESH CO2 sensors on the ventilation equipment with the necessary additional equipment for the measurement of air quality and system control.
  • dismantling of the current heating system and cast iron radiators, construction of modern heating system
  • dismantling of the existing fire detection and alarm system, and data networks
  • supplementing of the existing UATS systems with wall speakers and other necessary elements
  • reorganisation, vacation, movement, retesting and re-commutation of the existing commutation cabinet.
