The Moduls Engineering service team performs the following works within the framework of the utilities maintenance contract:

• monthly technical maintenance works of systems (BMS, power supply, UAS, ventilation, climate control, heating, heat supply, water supply, sewerage, lifts and elevators, VS);
• system emergency localisation and repair/rebuilding works;
• verification of the system measurement devices, including electricity and thermal energy control meters, preparation of opinions, performance of inspections, measurements and expert-examinations for the maintenance of systems.
