In accordance with the EU requirements to airfields (apron lighting with floodlights), Moduls Engineering developed and implemented the Rīga Airport Apron 4 lighting project.
In the project, new power saving LED floodlights were installed on the existing lighting masts and additional lighting masts were constructed. All masts were connected to the grounding loop and provided with lighting conductors.
A lighting solution for the isolated aircraft parking on taxiway M was developed. There, lighting masts with modern LED floodlights with shared twilight sensor control system were installed. All work was completed on time adapting to the airport operations to avoid any disruptions to air traffic.
