In September, the renovation project of Berģi Music and Art Primary School was completed with the start of the new school year. The “Moduls Engineering” team carried out the interior reconstruction and renovation works, as well as the facade and roof restoration.

The project included the construction of a lift in the school building, solving the environmental accessibility problem between the 1st and 3rd floors. In the interior renovation work part, all internal utilities have been completely renewed or reinstalled. Improvements to the utility network systems will provide the necessary air exchange and indoor climate for the classrooms, contributing to the well-being of students and teachers regardless of the season and weather conditions.

Extensive renovation work has also been carried out on the building’s facade and roof. During the project, the “Moduls Engineering” team also performed insulation and renovation of the facade, roof and plinth of the building, including replacing the facade and roof windows. A new slab has also been built in the sports hall, creating an additional 5 classrooms, which will increase student comfort and improve learning conditions.
