Moduls Engineering had a successful team-building event
Moduls Engineering team-building event took place near Kandava and the employees had to perform various puzzling tasks both in the town and in a rural setting. They started the day with orienteering in Kandava while solving a variety of problems that tested their knowledge of the Abava Valley, Kandava and Sabile. The afternoon was spent boating down the River Abava stopping at checkpoints where the team engaged in a number of communication and cooperation facilitating activities.
‘Team building events are one of the ways to help employees get to know each other better or maybe even meet each other, as not all of them work together daily. At the same time, the prepared tasks and activities allowed seeing strong sides of each employee, their ability to work in a team and their personal character traits. Such events allow mixing business with pleasure, as we can learn a lot about strong sides of our team while having fun together. It was good to see how open and helpful our employees are. I believe that everyone had fun and got that important confidence that we are a strong team,’ said Jevgeņijs Savčuks, Moduls Engineering Member of the Board.
Moduls Engineering has 156 employees working in 8 different departments: construction, engineering, production, service, procurement and logistics, sales, finances and HR.
